Agree - ultimately - ie after receiving tranche down the track. The huge risk in liquidating now (relatively quickly) is that no one (particularly from Mali or China) would pay any money to a company in liquidation. A liquidator would stand no chance in trying to recover the 2nd tranche let alone the royalties IMO
