And the thing that is NOT discussed is that Israel can hold them indefinitely without charge, under their detention order, which can be rolled over every 6 months.
Thousands of Palestinian have been held under this detention order, without a charge or a conviction; for years.
I hope this UN resolution tackle this problem as well.
