Has NO effect on PEP11 approval through JA.
It also does not change the NOPSEMA process from what exists now. So basically NOTHING...... same as today as will be tomorrow (apart from tougher safety and enforcement requirements - which EVERYONE going through the NOPSEMA process MUST comply with).
The Bill needs to go back to the House and pass the house blah blah blaahhhhhh...lol
