Imo...
the wait is due to political corruption...
everyday specialist people in the fields are saying gas is low, gas is running out, gas is the transition we need between now and them. Vews are starting to shift away from renewable, investor are back away, the people investing are from China. Our government is being ultra bias in making a decision that in the nation's best interest.... pure corruption!
