With regard to the recent raise ($1M) I would strongly suggest this is matter of compliance and strategy. Part of the approval requirements (as defined withing the NOPTA link above), place responsibilities on a company to meet fanancial indicators. In short, to ensure adequate funding arrangements, all of which are clearly defined in this document.

After getting my head around this document, and with consideration to the raise and engagement of new sophisticated investors it now makes sense. We need to be able to clearly demonstrate financial viability, plus the ability to appropriately raise funds. Smart play by David and the BPH team I think, and one that proactively mitigates any BS curveball that could otherwise leverage those who wish to stop this great opportunity.
