You might very well be right, I don't know
We aren't a country used to taking revolutionary steps like Argentina is. Imagine the chaos that would follow closing govt departments and sending govt workers home without pay. And then we have a federal constitution, would we have to clise down the state bureaucracies as well?
Would that just increase the chaos that we seem headed for as it is?
