Re the PMET CFTF CR, I'm interested to see what happens to their SP afterwards. I'm guessing their Canadian shareholders won't react the way many of our feeble-minded shareholders do when they consider the bulk sell-on to professional investors. Their SP will probably go up whereas a CFTF CR for WR1 inevitably takes the SP down to the sell-on price. Then again, with their inflated MC and SP compared to ours they don't exactly have to issue many new shares to raise a very large pot of exploration money. Plenty more drilling coming up for them for another 12 months to clog up the SGS lab.
