Negotiations and valuations struck at a time of relatively lower gold price, and I can not see the Independent Experts workings as reasonable. Going forward the growth in RED’s reserve value must be adjusted with the increasing Mark to Market cost of its forwards, no such limitation on SLR’s improving value. I just can’t accept the proposed relative valuations in the current market.
