it all seems a bit sus to me, just 3 weeks ago zip made a formal statement saying they were fully committed to the sezzle merger and now they have pulled the plug.
You can't tell me that both companies woke up this morning and decided to can the deal and make an immediate asx announcement? also zip would know the ins and outs of sezzles financials before they decided to make an offer. Do you think zip are being taken over?
