I've never met a C suite who couldn't tell me their approximate cash forecast straight off. SO if we assume these guys are the same, and we assume POSTIVE RESULTS means something like positive results, why do you assume they wont at least try to get results out first?

Simple answer - they would like positive results out first, but they have had no luck pushing the CRO to hurry up getting the results out. They don't seem to have any control on that. In addition, the cash burn continues to drain funds.

In the end, the option to hold back on raising funds may not be in their control.

BIT is not even bothering to state results are due in coming weeks. I am of the opinion that we may not even see them this financial year.

Nuance here is they don't raise huge chunks of money because of staging.

Per previous - if they had $50M in bank your theory is "that's good", my theory is they've had money I could have deployed elsewhere. I actually think this approach is considerate of SH and logical. Demonstrate progress, raise for next.

There's no contention that unless they can change expenditure some form of cash injection will be required in near term.

No point trying to twist it into egg on face imagery. The real egg on face will be if we get an announcement of T/O or Sponsorship. That's the point of contention. There's little insight in saying I can read numbers and divide one number by another. Not the most engaging conversation tbh.

I think there's a lot of conjecture around what been funded and what has not. Idk the precise answer to that

So to keep it simple -

1) where will money come from - does it have to be CR. I'm not assuming- are you ?
2) At what price would hypothetical CR be done? Assuming its low are you ? I'm not assuming

Its not that you're wrong its just amateur hour stuff mate, it may go that way but I don't think that's what they're shooting for. IMO they know HIV is good, they've had a shout at the CRO and want it out this quarter to showcase (or better)

Who might they be showcasing it to, if they haven't off the data they likely have already.

No desperation from me here btw, just an interesting read, exciting potential.
