SM should fund what is needed NOW - should this “arrangement” simply be to finalise funding. Gary Johnson has bought the tech into LPD from SM. LPD is now his public vehicle and shareholders should start to feel some loyalty back via managements actions.
He best not bleed LPD dry then run off with the his tech via SM.
