For expectattion management (in my opinion only) I cant see a partner being announced prior to July. Most likely later. Thats my opinion only going off the fact due diligince proceedings are expected to "conclude in the June Quarter". Then starts the terms process, ongoing negotiations, appointing finacial advisors etc. You can look at MGT to get a very rough guage on timelines for partnering. As an indication HIO are at where MGT was late last year. I know some will get upset with this and label it as downramping or whatever but i also hold and just being realistic.
