Request for Trading Halt
Neurotech International Limited (ASX: NTI)(‘Company’) requests a trading halt be placed on the
Company’s securities pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.1, pending the release of the results of the
Company’s Phase II/III clinical trial in paediatric patients with Autism Spectrum Disorder, the top-line
results for the Phase I/II Rett Syndrome clinical trial and an announcement regarding a capital raising.
The Company requests the securities remain in halt until the earlier of the release of announcements
regarding the above, or the commencement of trade on Wednesday, 17 April 2024.
The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted, nor is it aware
of any other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
This request has been authorised by Dr Thomas Duthy, Executive Director of Neurotech International
Limited.
