I read the information you have posted and you appear to have put a lot of work into it but unfortunately it does not provide unequivocal proof of price manipulation. But if the 9 accounts you have identified as having links to Veritas can be factually proven to MMA's satisfaction and movements in the shareholdings can be tracked to buying and selling between the different accounts then Maronan should be able to take some action. The only entity that can get the evidence required is MMA and I suspect that the only way they can get this evidence is if they get updated top 20 reports at least monthly.

I sent the below email to Maronan this morning and hopefully will get some form of reply. I think it is going to be extremely hard to prove that Veritas is manipulating the share price without Maronan being proactive and getting top 20 updates on a regular basis, which I suspect costs money.

One thing my email should have an effect on is whether MMA intend to conduct a capex in the coming weeks especially if Veritas or any of its top 20 associated entities are in line to profit financially from any such capex.

One thing to keep in mind is that manipulation only works when market sentiment is low or bearish. I suspect the market sentiment will change to bullish sentiment for pm's and pm stocks when $30 is broken to the upside. I suspect that the $30 zone will turn into a battle zone and may take weeks or longer to fall. You have the psychology of market participants willing to take profits at resistance, expecting a repeat of 2020/21/24 at that $30 zone. When the sentiment becomes bullish, it is a lot harder to manipulate stocks because its akin to jumping in front of a freight train with your hand raised, hoping to stop it.
