I am sure if you suggested to the pension fund managers that they would they lose 80-90% on commercial properties they bought only a few years ago they would look at you in disbelief and question your judgement if not sanity.
But that is what has happened.
So have a think about your disbelief here.
We have the bankruptcies and restaurants closing here already. We have BHP begging for help on nickel..... It is not a figment of my imagination.
