someone who has invested 1000 dollars when the SP was not that high and is currently down by 100 bucks might not feel the pain and won't complain. It is just a pin prick for them. They can average down.

But someone who has invested upwards of 100,000 when the SP was high and is currently down 50% will obviously have reasons to complain. if they continued to hold or buy because the mgmt lied to them about investors waiting in the wings for consolidation to happen, then how are they to be blamed.

And why shouldn't they complain? If it don't it only emboldens the mgmt. What price did the mgmt pay for the 'consolidation' fiasco. Were they penalized in anyway, if not there is no closure to it, till people recoup their money. Once they do, they will move on.

Also, it is important to inform the new comers what to expect from the mgmt before they put their hard end money into this sinkhole.

Mate im all for different opinions but spruiking misinformation? Not so much i.e. supporting CEO's lifestyle and management doing nothing it inflammatory, misinformation, defamatory and against HC terms of use. If you want to do that then don't get sad when someone bites back.

Secondly you're right everyone can complain. But complaining about the same thing i.e. consolidation ever day for 18 months....that gets a bit old a pisses people off (not just me) there is another forum on another website where people mention these serial complainers by name and also have had a gutful im not the only one. I'd much prefer this forum got back to how it used to be discussing the pros and cons of the project rather than what happened 18 months ago and whether or not the directors are on holidays or running a 'lifestyle' company. Regarding consolidation people could have recouped their money when the SP spiked to 94c last year (higher than the consolidation price) but alas they opted to hold. They also had the option to sell prior to consolidation (especially those who voted no). Again life is about choices.
