Once the economics are made clear to the market, that's when the needle will turn to the upside.
The Morocco OPC Group/Fortescue is mind boggling! Public private partnerships is on a totally different level. I think we'll see more of these partnerships with government. It's in their best interests to work together. It's what's going to bring on massive scale and in time lower costs.
