I did a recheck based on the list of all ASX stocks rather than the current ASX300 list. There are now many other stocks who's market cap has increased since the last index rebalance. Here is a subset of the full list from positions from 300 to 327 in $$$ rank order. Based on current market data (as st yesterday's close) RAC will need a market cap of greater than A$600M to enter the ASX300 index.
