Ignore the fact that you do not have a single thing you can show, nothing, zilch, as to what the CIA is supposed to have done and detailing what the CIA has been doing in Ukraine AFTER Maidan is not evidence of what you claim DURING Maidan.
So, if you can find information on what the CIA has been doing in Ukraine AFTER 2014, why are you utterly unable to provide a single shred of evidence of anything they did during the Maidan protests? Why is there ample evidence of CIA covert actions around the world that details there many activities in many countries over the years and nothing about Ukraine where you claim they were active?
