I thought that had feedstock issue had been favourablely settled by the supply company before the impending courtcase some time ago... but I could be wrong.
You definitely have to hunt for any information as to regards the company's operations, but that seems to be the way with most ASX companies these days.
Lets hope management can illuminate us!
