Gadi Eisenkot has lamented the lack of success in the war on Gaza, saying the army has failed to rescue captives even after pounding the tiny enclave for more than half a year, according to the Yedioth newspaper.
“The weakest enemy in the Middle East has done us the most damage, and we need to change our strategy,” he told the Democratic Institute conference.“The results of the current war will not become clear until after many years,” he added.
