Very exciting day for AGY!

I saw a cup and handle forming on the 13th of December and scribbled my rough prediction on to my chart. In hindsight I wish I'd spend 5 seconds rather than 3 to make it a little better, but the three second job is going pretty well so far, only out by two days. I think my handles are a little small, but without aiming for it I made the bottom of the handle right on the first fibonacci retracement level (33c) which is probably what we'll touch in the next few days. The handle should complete within two weeks and assuming the current price of 36.5c is the actual right edge of the cup, our target is 50.5c and we should start that run once the handle completes. Because that target of 50.5c lines up fairly closely with the 48c high from a few years ago, we might stop around there, but either way it should form a beautiful, huge, multiyear cup with a target price of around 90c

I posted these charts last year in the 2021 chart thread (I haven't changed my scribbled lines at all), but I'll post again to show them with the updated market prices which so far are following beautifully.

I'm guessing 36.5c is the ceiling until the cup's handle is complete, and I'm guessing once we make a decisive move up from 33c (or maybe there will be such support at 33.5c we won't actually touch 33) it'll be a rapid run to the high 40s.

I considered selling some at 36c to buy back at 33.5c, but I have tentatively decided to stop trading AGY and let it sit untouched for at least 12 months for the whole tax thing, and look elsewhere for trading.
