Ok it is confirmed Hunter Capital are book running the deal and I have just been offered it.
$15m is being raised at 22c, 29% discount to last close with a $2m SPP
Funds are intended to be used as a replacement to the previously announced 8.5 cent share subscription by Qingdao Qianyun High-tech New Material Co. Ltd. This placement will result in a reduction of dilution from 19.9% to 9% compared to the Qianyun deal.
