I think a $1.50 offer from the current SP is a stretch!
Given the significant dip in the price of lithium at present I don’t think any TO offer at this time would be in the best interests of SHs. Offers would be based on current market values and they are probably at the absolute bottom right now. It would be a damn shame IMO now that we are getting so close to reaching our goal to sell now. Particularly when shortages in lithium are forecast to coincide with our production.
