In a quiet market like this, "they" can control the sell side, knowing that their unlikely to be picked off BUT the psychological effect on other holders or those HAVING to sell, forces them to sell under.
"They" get to keep the cheaper shares at little effective resultant cost to them.
Then, lo & behold, a substantial shareholder notice comes out - what a surprise!
Hang in there, the tide WILL turn.
