This is a positive advancement - not sure why the negative comments.

This is a move by the company to get rid of C4V tech and the poison chalice that their board is whilst hopefully having some interest and board representation themselves in a new venture.

IM3NY was and is still a battery HUB of US national importance that is largely ready to go. If they can get another tech in, re tool the machines and produce batteries (albeit of traditional chemistry which is ready to go) this enables MNS to hold onto some hope of revenue.

wait for the term sheet(s) obviously but a lot better then folding up completely and losing all the SH cash.. surely !!
