RC220 has already passed the blood precipitation risk and it has come out with flying colours. It has now been used in 4 different animal species through all the GLP and other testing without any issues, so I am not worried about this aspect.
The bigger issue is not a failure of the GLP studies as such, but a technical issue that means that one (or more) of the studies have to be repeated. This would set back the GLP program as you need all 28 studies to be completed to have the full data package. Having said this, to date everything has gone well (no news is good news) and the risk of a technical failure is falling every week. I will certainly be celebrating when we complete the GLP program.
