They still have ongoing admin costs, and have to keep the lights on to a small extent out to FY29 which also means annual accounting/audit costs. There is the cost of paying an administrator when the company is eventually wound up. The directors have to be careful they don't leave the company in an insolvent position before it's remaining obligations cease
