Furthermore, was the latest CR an attempt to gain more control with their associates as the price falls to protect from others looking to wrestle control away from current management?? Does this mean they value their wages above their investment??

It looks like current management are allergic to constructing anything with the funds they have and say, look this is what we can do, here is what we have constructed, this is our progress, believe in us, we know what we are doing, back us in. Instead, are the current management, through inaction, trying to sabotage or stall the project??
