Bullish long and short term chart

SHV holders and followers on HC have already covered the F.A. on SHV.

I'd like to share two charts - one long term and one short term.

The long term weekly chart shows SHV making a bullish ascending triangle pattern with a long term upside target of around $9. This chart reflects the market's ongoing expectation of SHV's business, EPS etc.



The short term daily chart is a bullish flag pattern. The short term upside target is around $8.  Again this chart is reflecting bullish momentum of buyers taking positions in SHV in anticipation of a strong report coming out very soon.



Of course the market can be wrong - just look at the BXB and BSL charts. Both stocks off heavily today, but neither stock's chart showed overtly bearish patterns prior to both stocks reporting poor performances.

Anyway, as usual, DYOR, use this post for entertainment purposes. I have stops in place and will exit on a predetermined low or I will exit at or around $8 if it gets there, before looking to get back in again when the conditions suit my trading style.
