I'd imagine this weakness is driven by the capital raise at EEG. Given there isn't much difference between the two companies, the relative price between them is relevant. There are likely many shareholders holding both - Sheffield is case in point. TBN sales could be funding EEG's capital raising directly in many cases. EEG was in a trading halt yesterday, so trading TBN was the only one of the two available to make this move.
