No problems. However the 50% capital gains discount on an investment once selling after 12 months applies to my trades too.

I dont know any investors who would try to "buy and flip", thats never been my strategy in relation to property.

Too much risk involved, selling costs, rates, insurance, interest, the reno, stamp duty etc.
