I am aware of DDR but not looked at it in detail. I do know however that founder David Dicker has a big interest in racing cars which puts me off a bit whereas DTL has a new leader and hopefully really focused on his new challenge and earning lots of bonus' for good performance.
I know this is a bit of a funny view from me but that's where my head's at. But when all said and done capitalising on AI via the equipment supply pathway is a reasonably safe way to do it. I am also certainly attracted to the DTL dividend pay out ratio with the attached franking credits.
