I think SEQ water is gov owned, is that our tap water?

From memory the Gov "acquired" all the local council owned water boards so that it could combine them to make them more saleable

As to defense, it is not only that we don't spend enough we, like everything else we do it badly by making stupid purchase decisions

As to not being rich enough ???
