Isn't there a puppet master behind this whole thing ? If this is the case and it would be Finlayson from GMD, caution is required, believe one of his victims with DCN !
Once the SLR-RED merger is complete, we will see a fall in the price, followed by a takeover bid below the value, a takeover bid which will probably be encouraged by Tonkin and his board. And, in the end, for those who have the courage and patience to wait, a compulsory offer far superior to the takeover offer, the valuation and potential of the company having suddenly been revised upwards !
For DACIAN, it was simple, the compulsory offer was almost 4 times the price of what had been proposed or rather imposed on the shareholders during the takeover bid supported by Richards who, as luck would have it (!) and like Tonkin, was assured of continuing to work in the new company...!
