“Disproved points”? It was not “points”, it was third party independent witness evidence that was never tested and fancifully dismissed by the DPP. This DPP was later found to have hidden, distorted and dismissed valid evidence that did not suit his narrative, and fabricated evidence presumably to achieve a conviction. This DPP was later sacked because of this wrong doing. So, you are wrong to think that evidence has been “dismissed”. It is still valid and is still out there waiting for a Royal Commission
