Totally agree - there are so many positive aspects and limited red flags at the moment - finding a deposit like this is rare and even rarer to bring to production in 2 years - it will be profitable - here are some of my highlights:
* low operating costs
* single large pit with multiple lenses
* extends to depth for future underground and life extension
* excellent regional infrastructure and services*
* regional government and community support
* central to market(ish)
* low CAPEX to pay off
* technical processing risk reduced - simple flowsheet (this links to low CAPEX and OPEX)
* central processing facility for future extensions and satellite pits
* professional transition to development and production
* excellent prospects for future exploration success
* cashflow to generate growth and sustainability
The next couple of years will be exciting I feel
