Could be an accumulation strategy. Create the perception of a wall near the 28-30c resistance to encourage sellers to arrive and sell right into their hands. Of course this strategy breaks as soon as another large buyer arrives, or several medium sized buyers all at once. An announcement revealing how strong this company has been performing should certainly do the trick
