Putin is set to announce a new cabinet typically blaming others for his mistakes and incompetence.Who will be what will be in anyone's lips but the change of guard wont help the dwarf Emperor ex KGB Thug's fate. Now that he has got rid of the second line of command of the army on bribery, wouldn't blink an eye to get rid of his trusted long time friend Shoygu and Gerasimov just because the Kremlin power brokers cannot stand their faces .They probably wont get charged for bribery as it will expose the inherent dark culture of the the Kremlin. Will the new command make a difference or will it lead to revolts especially by Kadyrov and Stans states?
