Something needs to give shortly. WDS is being held back for some reason as well. There is chatter of sovereign risk - which doesn't apply to the same extent for KAR. Perhaps its just poor market sentiment for the sector. In the end, real dollars speaks louder than sentiment and sentiment needs to reflect the reality that oil prices are heading up strongly.
