Victoria will be left with only the socialists and those with their snout in the public trough. Those that want to do business in the commercial field are now settling down in the north. They will still vote Labor so Labor will be in power there for a long time.
I've actually got a potential buyer for my property from Melbourne and he says that he can't get out of Vic soon enough. The problem he has is that he can't sell his home there as the Melbourne real estate market has crashed.
