I've seen worse attempts at ballparking, however imo, the big tickets here are:
- Spot isn't going to be relevant to sale price in any direct shape, so using it as a direct barometer for analysis is faulty. Long term pricing is going to guide here; which is currently sitting at ~$75 US. Could go up, contracts could have flex in them, but regardless, spot 'aint it.
- There's an assumption of zero cost here? Only revenue? What's your correlation between revenue and share price? Value of mine = MCAP?
- I'm not sure the precise source of your figures re Mlb amounts in the mines, but have you taken into account ownership percentages? Just double checking!
