This is the issue for WDS and its SP. Activist funds buying in to push their global warming agenda and "save the planet". Greenpeace taking action in the courts, and left-wing governments making new projects ever more costly and difficult. WDS overall production costs are inevitably pushed higher. In Aus there is uncertainty in the future direction.
Qatar is far more certain than us and upping their production.....
