The Caribou Dome Copper project comprises approximately 216 contiguous state mining claims and is located adjacent to the Company’s Stellar project. The claims cover a total area of 116 square kilometers (km2). The Stellar Copper-Gold project comprises approximately 231 contiguous State Mining Claims and is located immediately adjacent to the Company’s Caribou Dome Copper Project. The claims cover a total area of 150 Km2. The Humboldt Range Gold-Silver project comprises 364 lode mining claims in Nevada in two claim groups: Black Canyon and Fourth of July and is situated between two large-scale active mines: the Florida Canyon gold mine and the Rochester silver-gold mine.More
