I didn't reply to this because I didn't want to get into an argument, because I think we are both on the same page about taking this rollout cautiously. But the point I was trying to make is that machines are held to a much higher standard than humans.
"....he is only human right and he is going to make mistakes." Everyone can relate to this, because everyone is fallible, but the same leeway is not given to machines.
I always found it strange that a human is considered trained with a 30 minute face to face training session and yet a computerised system would need dozens of hours of validation testing and documentation and even more hours of report writing before the system could be signed off. It is an anomally we have to live with.
In my view, a well-trained digital human will do a much better job than a human could ever do.
